About the Role Reporting to the Payroll Director, you'll play a key role in overseeing the delivery of end-to-end payroll services for a portfolio of clients. This role will see you working closely with internal consultants, reviewing outputs, ensuring compliance, and supporting process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and review end-to-end payroll processing across multiple clients (5-2,000 employees) Manage and support a small team of payroll officers and specialists Review payroll outputs, ensure accuracy and compliance with legislation and awards Provide payroll tax and advisory support in collaboration with the Tax and Legal team Lead and contribute to process improvement and system implementation projects Build strong client relationships, providing guidance and support as required About You You're an experienced payroll professional who thrives in a client-focused, fast-paced environment. You enjoy problem-solving, working autonomously, and supporting others to deliver quality outcomes.
