We’re supporting a major Information Management transformation and are looking for an experienced Intune Support Specialist (L2–L3) to join a critical hypercare phase. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly support enterprise device management and Windows 11 deployment across the organisation. The Role Deliver Level 2–3 hypercare support across Microsoft Intune Support and troubleshoot Windows 11 environments Manage device compliance, configuration policies and endpoint security Act as an escalation point for complex MDM and endpoint issues Work closely with transformation and project teams during rollout About You 3 years’ experience working with Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments Strong hands-on Windows 11 experience Proven background providing L2–3 support in hypercare or transformation settings Confident troubleshooting complex endpoint and MDM issues Comfortable working in fast-moving, project-driven environments If you’re looking to step into a visible transformation program where your technical expertise genuinely makes an impact — this could be the opportunity for you.
