You will work across internal teams and senior external stakeholders to negotiate, influence and ensure successful project outcomes. Description Lead and coordinate organisation‑wide involvement in a major strategic review project. Plan, direct and manage all project activities to meet scope, time and budget parameters. Identify and document requirements, risks, issues, gaps and response strategies across lifecycle stages. Lead project governance in line with organisational frameworks and reporting expectations. Track and report budget, schedule, resources, risks and progress to senior leaders. Prepare briefings, reports, presentations and papers for Executive and Board audiences. Develop strong working relationships with senior internal teams and government stakeholders. Drive collaboration, culture, safety, and organisational values within project environments. Profile A successful Programme Director should have: 10 years' relevant project/program management experience in complex environments. Strong understanding of operational and asset‑management requirements in transport contexts. Skilled communicator with experience preparing high‑level reports and business cases. Proven ability to influence senior government and industry stakeholders. Experienced leading cross‑functional teams and managing multi‑stream project delivery. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation and communication capability. Collaborative, adaptable, and able to foster positive culture and continuous improvement.
