What You’ll Do Maintain and optimise AWS services powering major customer workloads. Lead incident response, service readiness, and operational governance. Automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation. Support Kubernetes microservices on EKS and streamline deployments using HELM. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub, Jenkins, Bamboo, or Artifactory. Enhance observability using Splunk, CloudWatch, or other modern monitoring tools. Mentor L2 support teams and encourage a high-performing, collaborative culture. Champion best practice in security, compliance, automation, and cost efficiency. What You Bring 5 years’ hands-on AWS experience in large-scale environments. Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices, and EKS deployments. Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, Ruby, JavaScript). Solid understanding of modern CI/CD workflows and DevOps tooling. Experience leading offshore or distributed teams.
