Description Senior Integrations Lead Sydney|Melbourne|Brisbane | Full Time | Hybrid About the Role I-MED Radiology Network is seeking a Senior Integrations Lead to drive the design and delivery of mission-critical healthcare integrations that connect hospitals, radiology systems, and clinical workflows. You will lead the development of integration solutions using HL7, DICOM, and the Rhapsody integration engine, ensuring seamless information flow between internal systems, external healthcare partners, and clinicians. This role also includes mentoring junior engineers and shaping integration standards across the IT team. What You’ll Do Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise integration solutions connecting RIS, PACS, EMRs, and other hospital systems Work closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reliable solutions Ensure integrations meet architecture standards, governance, and best practices Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, proactively resolving incidents Mentor and coach junior team members in HL7, DICOM, Rhapsody, and integration best practices Contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes, tools, and documentation About You Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Strong experience with enterprise system integrations Hands-on experience with HL7 messaging standards Experience working with Rhapsody Integration Engine or similar middleware platforms Exposure to medical imaging workflows (DICOM) desirable Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes About I-MED: Work that matters I-MED is a global leader and ANZ’s largest, privately owned radiology network.
