More about the role Key Areas of Responsibility Dynalite, part of Signify, is a global leader in lighting and building controls with nearly 40 years of experience across 50,000 projects worldwide. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will support how Dynalite communicates its brand, capabilities, and experience to a global network of system integrators and end users. This is a hands-on, digital-first role within the marketing team, ideal for an early-career marketer ready to create, publish, and optimise content across channels. Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that build brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Execute digital marketing activities including social media, web content, email campaigns, gated content, and online events. Create and maintain sales and marketing collateral (brochures, fact sheets, presentations) in collaboration with product and sales teams. Assist with PR and thought leadership activities, including content contributions, speaker support, and co-marketing initiatives. Track and report on campaign performance, providing basic insights and recommendations for improvement. Graduate with up to 3 years’ experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or campaign support (agency or in-house). Hands-on and creative, with a willingness to work directly in tools such as Premiere Pro, Figma, and WordPress. Comfortable coordinating content updates, basic CMS use, and working with multiple stakeholders (sales, product, agencies). Organised, proactive, and keen to learn in a global B2B environment.
