We are seeking a Property Consultant to join a high-impact role focused on risk mitigation and Greenfield site acquisition. This is a critical role designed to proactively resolve complex property issues for "at-risk" sites within a large-scale portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring network continuity by managing site losses through strategic negotiations and the acquisition of alternative Greenfield sites . Your work will directly impact the business’s ability to retain customers and revenue by reducing the need for temporary facilities and site relocations. Key Responsibilities Secure property access rights for new alternative sites, specifically focusing on Greenfield macro sites, land banks, and rooftops. Initiate proactive site search activities to ensure zero network downtime for customers. Negotiate tenure extensions and commercial terms with a diverse range of landlords (private, corporate, and government) in line with established leasing guidelines. Work closely with legal teams to finalise documentation and manage external suppliers, including planning, design, and specialist consultants. Review SAED and construction constraints for site suitability and assist Finance in preparing business cases for site relocations. About You To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a strong background in telecommunications property and a "think outside the square" mentality. Experience & Skills Required: Experience: A minimum of 5 years within the property telecommunications industry. Greenfield Expertise: Specific experience in site acquisition, planning, and leasing is essential. Technical Knowledge: A thorough understanding of SAED (Site Acquisition, Environment and Design) for telecommunication sites. Negotiation: Highly developed commercial negotiation skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
