It operates in a complex stakeholder environment spanning universities, research institutes and government. The Role Reporting to the Manager, Communications and Marketing, this two-year fixed term full-time position is hands-on and strategically focused. The Opportunity Develop and implement communication initiatives from concept through to delivery Produce high-quality written content including articles, case studies, media releases and web content Tailor messaging across multiple stakeholder groups Manage publishing platforms including website, email and social channels Coordinate workshops, webinars, conferences and engagement activities Develop communication collateral and templates Track digital and engagement performance and provide reporting insights Support change communications and internal stakeholder engagement About You Exceptional written and verbal communication skills You are a confident and strategic writer who understands audience intent and messaging alignment. Experience developing communication strategies from ideation to execution Demonstrated experience writing for tertiary education, research or technology audiences Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously Experience coordinating events and engagement initiatives Capability across CMS platforms, CRM systems and email marketing tools Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, with Adobe experience desirable Why Apply?
