As an AO8 Manager, Stakeholder Engagement you will develop and implement communication strategies that highlight how the department's initiatives benefit Queenslanders, working collaboratively across teams to deliver integrated and impactful content. As the AO8 Manager, Stakeholder Engagement, you will provide strategic advice, oversee engagement planning, and lead a supportive team environment. Your role includes managing activities, leveraging data insights, and ensuring continuous improvement to enhance the department's engagement capabilities. Develop and implement strategic systems and foster collaboration across divisions to achieve key outcomes. Lead initiatives that drive innovation and promote internal and external stakeholder engagement. Establish, review, and improve stakeholder engagement tools, strategies, and systems to enhance organisational capability. Provide expert advice, develop policies, and prepare high-level reports and briefings on stakeholder engagement activities and effectiveness. Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal teams, other agencies, industry stakeholders, and external partners. Develop, implement, and evaluate communication and engagement strategies for high-profile projects within tight timeframes and budgets. Provide high-level advice to senior leaders on best practice stakeholder engagement planning and delivery. Use research-based insights to inform communication strategies and ensure continuous improvement through monitoring and evaluation. Manage team workflows, track progress, and support departmental policies, procedures, and governance processes.
