The Role Your responsibilities will vary day-to-day, given the nature of the position but may include duties such as: End-to-end diary, inbox and priority management Oversight across multiple business entities Bid and tender coordination and documentation Drafting, reviewing and preparing key business communications Liaising with senior stakeholders, advisors and suppliers Managing sensitive personal matters and logistics Being available when required outside standard hours You will be deeply embedded in the founder’s operations, helping drive outcomes and keeping the cogs turning. About You This position will be well suited to an individual who thrives on being indispensable. You will bring solid EA or PA experience, ideally supporting a business owner, founder or senior executive in a fast-moving environment. You'll be strategic in your thinking, comfortable with high-level responsibilities and working autonomously, as well as being unflappable under pressure. Your exceptional organisation and commercial acumen will serve you well, and your confidence in managing both business and personal priorities as needed will mean nothing falls through the cracks and the founder can operate at full speed, knowing everything behind the scenes is handled with precision and discretion.
