About the role The Office Support Coordinato r provides day-to-day administrative and office support to help keep the Sydney office running smoothly. Working closely with the Office Support and People & Culture teams, this role assists with meeting coordination, office administration, and general team support across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in office administration or business operations, while gaining exposure to different teams across the organisation. What you’ll do Provide general administrative and office support across the business Assist with scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms Help prepare meeting agendas, notes, and basic documents when required Support the coordination of team meetings, workshops, and internal events Assist with maintaining shared office spaces and ordering office supplies Help with processing expenses and administrative tasks What we’d love to see?
