Working closely with local communities, they support sustainable employment pathways, skills development and meaningful outcomes that strengthen remote communities. About the Role This is a unique opportunity to work in a rewarding role supporting the delivery of the Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) program across the Ngaanyatjarra Lands. As Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating community-based projects, supporting participants into training and employment pathways, and ensuring program activities are delivered effectively. The role works closely with community members, stakeholders and internal teams to manage projects, monitor progress and help create real employment opportunities within the community. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage RAES community-based projects including planning, reporting and milestone tracking Engage with community members and participants to identify meaningful employment activities Develop and support employment plans aligned with participant job plans Monitor participant engagement, activity hours and program reporting Prepare project reports and documentation in line with program requirements Build strong relationships with local organisations, businesses and service providers Supervise and mentor participants during community activities and work placements Coordinate tools, equipment and resources for project delivery About You: To succeed in this role you will be organised, practical and enjoy working closely with people to support employment and community outcomes.
