Job Description Due to growth in our Office Leasing team, we are looking for a proactive Team Assistant to join our CBD office. The role is well suited to a proactive individual seeking exposure to Commercial Real Estate through a support role within a team of leasing professionals. The primary function is to provide administrative support for the full leasing cycle, encompassing marketing, data processing and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will flourish in a team environment and seek to optimise processes within a highly motivated team. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of leasing campaigns, including drafting and coordination of all marketing materials, quotations and invoicing. Maintaining databases, including current appointments, lease expiries and target opportunities. Assisting Marketing with preparation of leasing submissions, presentations and custom brochures. Maintenance of the CRM database. Preparation and recording of weekly team meetings. Invoicing and fee forecasting, liaising directly with the head of department. General administrative support for the team.
