Your opportunity: The Risk and Resilience Group contributes to Urban Utilities’ purpose to Enrich Quality of Life by driving strategic direction and leadership on all matters relating to contemporary and effective risk management and resilience strategies. We partner with all business areas in developing, implementing and managing, programs and systems across the enterprise Risk and Resilience portfolio to drive health and safety for our people, to protect public health and the environment, and to enable sustainability for our organisation. Reporting to the Manager, Health and Wellbeing, the Health and Wellbeing Support Officer will assist the Health and Wellbeing team by administering the health inbox, records, systems and programs. This role is also responsible for maintaining confidentiality and providing a high level of customer service. You will be responsible for; developing and maintaining the health programs of work, including scheduling, follow up, reporting and managing the logistics of health surveillance and vaccinations. managing case management data (including workers’ compensation information), drug and alcohol data, health administration and reporting. contributing to and supporting Health and Wellbeing strategies, systems and processes and ensuring program compliance. Supporting the financial administration of the Health and Wellbeing team, including creating purchase requisitions and orders, endorsing invoices, managing invoicing errors and budget reporting and tracking. You will also have; Diploma or certificate in related disciplines high regarded. Current Driver’s Licence Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator certificate (desirable) 3 years’ experience in Health and Safety administration and support, including data and document management experience, preferably within a highly regulated high-risk industry. Proven experience and ability to interpret and apply procedures and processes in health programs and provide sound advice to operational areas Intermediate skill level in the application of Microsoft Office Suite (inc.
