The Opportunity As an EUC Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, optimising and evolving the organisation's enterprise-scale EUC environment. You will be responsible for enhancing performance, user experience, automation and scalability across the modern workplace ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver enterprise-grade EUC solutions across Windows and Mac environments Lead and implement Microsoft Intune and cloud-based endpoint management initiatives Drive modern workplace transformation across device, productivity and collaboration platforms Optimise device performance, security posture and user experience at scale Partner with Messaging and Productivity squads to ensure seamless cross-platform experiences Develop and implement automation, scripting and process improvements Provide technical leadership across the EUC domain, contributing to roadmap planning and solution architecture Continually assess and improve scalability, resilience and operational efficiency About You Proven experience designing and delivering Intune and modern endpoint management solutions Strong background in End User Computing within large enterprise environments Deep expertise across end-user technologies, device management and modern workplace platforms Experience managing Windows and Mac device ecosystems Strong automation and scripting capability (e.g., PowerShell, shell scripting or similar) Demonstrated ability to drive cloud-based device initiatives Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration skills
