Join Pro AV Solutions Queensland in a trusted, senior support role working directly alongside the Managing Director to help lead the rhythm, coordination, and effectiveness of the business. What you’ll be doing Reporting directly to the Managing Director , your responsibilities will span executive support, office management, and coordination of people initiatives across the business. Your high-level responsibilities will include: Executive & CEO Support Act as the primary Executive Assistant to the Managing Director Proactively manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, travel, and commitments Prepare briefings, agendas, follow‑ups, and coordination aligned with the MD and business priorities Manage key communications, actions, and stakeholder coordination on behalf of the MD Office Management & Business Support Leadership Own the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the office environment Lead, support, and oversee the Business Support Administrator Ensure front‑of‑office and administrative functions are delivered consistently and professionally Act as the escalation point for office, facilities, and business support matters Maintain high standards of organisation, presentation, and operational flow Human Resources & People Coordination Partner with the MD and senior leaders on HR and people initiatives Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and leadership processes Support performance review cycles, training initiatives, and people compliance Maintain structure and discipline around HR administration (with execution handled via the junior role) C ulture, Communication & Initiatives Support internal engagement activities and leadership rhythm Assist with selected marketing or internal brand activation initiatives Help drive alignment, clarity, and professionalism across the business Who we’re looking for You’re someone leaders trust .
