We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Incitec Pivot Fertilisers team in Brisbane CBD, based in our modern Edward Street office. In this role, you will support the delivery of a seamless customer experience by managing customer enquiries, processing orders and coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams, you will play an important role in supporting Ridley’s customers while helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations across the business.
