We are exclusively partnering with an established national services organisation undertaking a large Microsoft led transformation across customer engagement, core systems and data. This role sits at the centre of a multi-stream delivery program and will suit a senior Delivery Lead who is equally comfortable setting strategic direction and rolling up their sleeves to drive outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping delivery workstreams, owning one or more streams end-to-end, and partnering closely with business and technology leaders. This is a high impact role with genuine influence across Dynamics CRM, Business Central, data and customer platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead and structure delivery workstreams across Dynamics CRM (Customer Engagement) and Power Platform Own one or more program streams, from planning through to execution and benefits realisation Drive Agile delivery practices across product, platform and integration teams Partner with Product, Engineering and DevOps teams to enable continuous delivery Oversee vendors and system integrators, ensuring quality, pace and accountability Work closely with stakeholders across technology, operations and data teams Support data driven decision making, including reporting and insights via Power BI About You Proven experience as a Delivery Lead / Agile PM delivering enterprise Microsoft programs Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Customer Engagement Exposure to F&O implementations and integrations Deep understanding of Agile delivery , product-led environments and DevOps ways of working Strong vendor and partner management capability Data-literate, with experience working alongside analytics, reporting or BI teams Confident communicator, able to operate across technical and executive stakeholders Why This Role?
