In this dynamic role, you will provide high-quality administrative support across multiple hospital departments, helping ensure patients, visitors and staff experience efficient and professional service delivery.c About This Role Your new role: In this role, you will provide flexible administrative support across a variety of hospital departments, helping ensure patient services operate efficiently and effectively. Provide relief administrative and clerical support across multiple service areas including reception, switchboard, wards, outpatient clinics and emergency department Act as the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff, managing enquiries with professionalism and empathy Support patient administration processes including admissions, appointments, records management and data entry in hospital information systems Coordinate appointments, clinics and patient flow activities in collaboration with clinical and non-clinical teams Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the service by managing workload priorities and supporting administrative service continuity About You You are a proactive and customer-focused administration professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys supporting healthcare teams to deliver quality services.
