About The Role As the Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the school's financial and administrative operations. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will contribute to the efficient management of corporate services and assist in maintaining compliance with policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Include Providing financial administrative support, including data entry, budget reviews, and maintaining financial registers. Assisting with workforce management, including staff replacement Coordinating and managing resources, facilities, and asset maintenance activities. Supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of corporate services. Data analysis including extensive work in Excel Management of school markbooks Document creation Collaborating with the Business Manager to manage payment plans, contracts, and financial reporting. This role would suit a detail-oriented professional with experience in financial administration and a passion for contributing to a supportive school environment.
