The Client Narellan Pools Hills District is an award-winning pool installation business with the passion and experience to transform their customer's home with a Narellan Pool. They seek to employ an Electronic Equipment Trades Worker with relevant experience to join their team. The Role This is a full time position with an annual salary set at $80,000 plus superannuation, and will be based in Kellyville, NSW. The Responsibilities Install advance electronic equipment to help in pool automation as a point of difference of our offering for a better client experience Repair or replacement of faulty parts as well as maintenance to ensure pool up keep and ongoing use by clients by troubleshooting of any hindrance occurred is smooth working of pool filtration system As part of the team complete activities required in the installation of swimming pools by effective utilising electronic equipment and ensuring a timely delivery Supporting the Supervisor to deliver quality pool installations and concreting as per plan, project outcomes and pool building standards in line with Narellan Pools Standards and Australian Standards Inspection and identification of equipment defective parts and machines for replacement Ensuring the test and maintenance of electronic equipment and escalating issue and needs for maintenance and replacement Perform adjustments and repairing on machines and electronic equipment used for water chemistry and pool maintenance by ensuring the equipment can be used safely and free of hazards Test electronic equipment and machines after fixing or readjusting Training labour for operating equipment machine correctly, ensuring the correct use in order to avoid equipment breakage or depreciation Installation and setup of electronic equipment to be ready for use Applying and monitoring the control systems for using electronic equipment and machines Monitoring the activity of construction and maintenance of swimming pools through the correct use of equipment and relevant knowledge in electronic equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic techniques related to the process Ensure that all company equipment including vehicles and tools are treated with respect and well maintained. Ensure all quality, WHS and environmental management processes are adhered to at all times. Ensure that project manager and director receive appropriate support and updates within appropriate timeframes on project progress. Ensure that other reasonable duties and or projects are completed upon request. Ensure compliance to all Narellan Pools Hills District and Upper North Shore policies and procedures. The Requirements Relevant trade qualification in electronics or electronic equipment servicing highly desirable Minimum 2 years experience installing and servicing electronic control equipment in residential or commercial environments Minimum 2 years experience diagnosing and repairing faults in electronic systems using specialised testing tools Minimum 2 years experience working with programmable controllers, sensors and automated equipment Minimum 2 years experience installing electronic systems in outdoor or wet environment applications Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuits and control systems Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics and manufacturer manuals Understanding of safety requirements for low voltage and electronic equipment installations Experience with automation systems, timers and remote control interfaces Competence in using electronic testing instruments such as multimeters and signal testers Strong problem solving skills and ability to perform precise technical work Good documentation and reporting capability for service and installation activities
