You will: Process reservation inquiries via phone and email with grace and efficiency. Provide guests with accurate and engaging details about our exquisite rates and bespoke services. Skillfully cross-sell and up-sell our luxury offerings to enhance each guest's stay. Adhere to our yield management strategy by managing room rates to optimize revenue for the hotel. More about you A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel setting. Familiarity with Opera Cloud is a distinct advantage. Demonstrated experience in processing reservations via phone, email, and third-party websites. Understanding of hotel selling status, rates, packages, room types, and credit and cancellation policies is highly desirable. Availability to work within a 7-day roster, ensuring seamless service for our discerning guests.
