Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth, high-quality service across all departments. Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and guest experience. Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professionalism. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards in line with the venue’s vision. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and performance metrics to achieve operational and revenue targets. Curate and maintain an outstanding wine program and fine dining experience, drawing on deep knowledge of premium wines. Build relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and high-profile clients.
