You’ll guide and support the Front Office Managers on Duty while building a positive, high-performing culture that reflects Ace values. In this role, you’ll: Manage rostering, training, and team development Act as a key point of contact for guest feedback and service recovery Support upselling opportunities Monitor labour and departmental performance Step into Duty Manager shifts across a variety of hours Ensure compliance with hotel policies, WHS and emergency procedures Develop materials that support operational efficiency and growth About You Genuine passion for developing team strength and creating memorable guest experience A confident and hands-on leader who thrives ina fast-paced environment Impeccible communication and organisational skills Leads by example with a measured approach Comfortable managing operations across varying shifts, including night, weekends and public holidays Previous management experience in a 5-star luxury brand of Hold a current NSW RSA and First Aid certificate The Perks Joining our team means more than just working at one of Sydney’s iconic award-winning venues.
