The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority is building a new 10.2km rail line that includes 5.9km of twin tunnels running under the Brisbane River and CBD; with four new underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street and Roma Street. Once complete, it will provide trains with a much-needed alternative rail path through the core of the current SEQ Rail network, unlocking a bottleneck and allowing more trains to run more often across the whole of South East Queensland. The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority is also delivering multiple supporting projects and activities in conjunction with the Department of Transport and Main Roads. These include accessibility rebuilds for eight surface stations, construction of three new stations on the Gold Coast; upgrades for stabling yards; track works and surface rail enhancements; and the introduction of a new ETCS digital signalling system. About The Role As a Reporting Officer within the Governance and Reporting team, you will support the delivery of consistent, reliable and fit‑for‑purpose program reporting. The role has a strong hands on focus on coordinating reporting inputs, managing deadlines and producing high quality reporting products for executive, governance and program audiences. You will apply sound judgement to resolve inconsistencies, improve clarity and ensure reporting outputs meet agreed standards. You will work closely with contributors to meet reporting deadlines and support ongoing improvements to the reporting processes. This opportunity is offered as a fixed term contract until 31/03/2028 Key Responsibilities Coordinate end‑to‑end reporting cycles, including managing input requests, cut‑off dates, consolidation, review and distribution of reporting products Liaise with delivery teams, program controls and subject matter experts to obtain timely, accurate and complete reporting inputs Prepare and update executive presentations, summaries and visual reports using agreed templates and tools Review and quality‑check reporting content to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with agreed messaging Maintain clear records, source materials and version control to support transparency and auditability Identify and support improvements to reporting processes, templates and workflows About You Demonstrated experience coordinating reporting activities within defined cycles in a complex or fast‑paced environment Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines A practical, hands‑on approach to preparing high quality written and visual reporting outputs The ability to build productive working relationships and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders A proactive, flexible and solutions focused mindset, with strong attention to detail Why work with CRRDA?
