Description Special Client & Employee Events Planning & Implementing: Collaborate with the business development management team to develop the event calendar and assist in planning and implementing special client events including cocktail parties, golf tournaments and holiday events. Tradeshows & Sponsorships Communications: Create or provide marketing and communications materials fulfillment for tradeshows and sponsorships, including presentation decks, ads, company descriptions, signage, decks, flyers, forms and promotional items. Education Event Communications: Develop client facing communications for webinars and education programs, including invitations, landing pages, registration pages, pre and post follow-up notices and social posts Presenter Material: Review and revise presentation decks and material for webinars and education programs. Client Resource Material: Edit and proofread client training material including the consumer guides, and other client facing documents. Employee & Promotional Items: Order and manage inventory for promotional items, staff uniforms and equipment. Social Media Management: Updating, posting on and managing the Stewart Title Australia Branch social media accounts. Printing & Inventory: Order and manage inventory for all printed marketing and communication material PR & Media Relations Support: Assist with maintaining the media and PR toolkits including scheduling headshots for key leaders and staff, preparing bios, and preparing other documents and checklists that make up the PR toolkit Media Monitoring: Monitor media alerts via a third-party tool, and in real-time using Google Alerts Content Marketing Support: Help index library of content, tagging key words for easy recall Campaign Support: Help in the coordination and logistics of all promotions, campaigns and launches including assisting with segmentation, measurement and follow ups Communications Process: Ensure compliance with communications process for tracking changes, approvals and version control Competition Monitoring: Monitor and record competitor activities and maintain up-to-date records Employee Onboarding and Absence Tracking: Provide set up, materials, equipment and uniform for new employees and log employee leave requests and absences. Technology Implementation: Support Marketing and Communications, Business Development and Operations with eventual implementation of new technology and CRM related duties Office Facilities: Collaborate with Management and Finance to provide and maintain office facilities including equipment and consumables Other duties as assigned or required Profile A successful Marketing Manager should have: Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. The ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies. A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
