You'll be the right hand to a high-performing MD in an adviser-focused business, owning sales support, content, communication and coordination across the partnerships function. This is not a traditional EA role. We're not looking for passive support. We want someone with spunk - proactive, switched on and confident enough to anticipate what's needed before being asked. You'll ensure every meeting has accurate, polished materials ready 24 hours in advance. Version control? Locked down. Follow-up emails? Clear and professional. Adviser requests? Turned around efficiently Marketing & content creation - You'll write and schedule weekly LinkedIn content, create monthly case studies, prepare quarterly market updates and format external commentary for distribution Research & market intelligence - You'll collect property market data, summarise trends, prepare commentary slides and support speaking engagements with structured research. Event coordination Quarterly networking events, presentation days, adviser communications CRM & systems - You'll maintain clean, current records. Log notes. Update profiles. Upload documents. Support reporting accuracy. The Person: The ideal candidate for the role of EA to MD will bring structure to chaos and will have: 2 years in sales support, marketing coordination or a similar fast-paced role Slick skills in Word and PowerPoint - your decks are always client-ready Sharp, confident business writing that's clear and on point Solid CRM experience with a strong grip on data accuracy The ability to manage multiple deadlines without missing a beat Big plus: LinkedIn content creation, exposure to financial services or property, research capability, event coordination experience, and confidence working alongside senior stakeholders You notice the gaps.
