About the role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workplace Relations Advisor to join our People & Culture team at Royal Rehab Group. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2 years HR or industrial relations experience who is looking to further develop their expertise in employee relations/ Workplace Relations/Industrial Relations within a complex workforce environment. Experience within disability services, community services, or NSW Health will be highly regarded. The Workplace Relations advisor supports the management of employee relations matters across the organisation. Working closely with HR and workplace relations team, you will assist with: Misconduct and performance management processes Employee grievance matters Preparation of workplace correspondence Interpretation of industrial instruments Supporting compliance with employment legislation. Risk workers compensation and non-compensable This role offers strong exposure to complex workplace relations matters and an opportunity to build specialist IR expertise. About you We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual with: Essential Criteria: At least 2 years HR or workplace relations experience. Understanding of Australian employment law including the Fair Work Act. Strong written communication and documentation skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion. Desirable Criteria: Experience working with a disability services workforce, allied health workforce or within an NSW Health HR environment. Knowledge of the SCHADS Award or NSW Health Awards. Experience in case management of ER matters and supporting misconduct review processes.
