Make a meaningful difference with The Wesley Hospital and UnitingCare The Executive Assistant to ADON’s provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Assistant Directors of Nursing (3), ensuring the efficient coordination of executive activities within a complex healthcare environment. This role requires a highly organised, systematic and proactive professional with significant experience in healthcare administration and a strong understanding of hospital operations and governance processes. The position is responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating and attending a high volume of meetings, and ensuring the seamless preparation of agendas, meeting papers and supporting documentation. A key component of the role is the production of clear, accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes, along with the systematic tracking and follow-up of actions to ensure accountability and timely outcomes. Your part in The Wesley Hospital and UnitingCare Health team Preparing and distributing comprehensive meeting papers Produce clear, accurate minutes for often complex discussions Systematic tracking and follow-up of actions/outcomes from meetings Liaise with important internal and external stakeholders Office management including meeting scheduling, travel and accommodation arrangements, call and email management Secretariat support to a range of committees, including the preparation of complex agendas, accurate minute-taking, and the tracking of committee action items High level of drafting and proofing correspondence Call screening and management of urgent requests Reporting and presentation preparation Coordination of events such as functions and workshops as required Undertake other duties as required/directed as service needs change or grow Provide support to other hospital Executives when required Adhoc Project work as/when required What makes a difference for us?
