About the Role A great opportunity for a trade qualified mechanical fitter to step into a leading hand position to provide support to the workshop supervisor in a fast paced environment. This is a hands on leadership position for someone who is able to manage high-volume workflow and a diverse team. You will work closely with the workshop supervisor driving daily operations, coordinating workflow and ensuring jobs are delivered on time to the highest standard. This role suits someone who enjoys being on the tools while also leading from the front—balancing technical expertise with team coordination and customer communication.
