Coppabella Mine is located only 140km southwest of Mackay What you will be Doing Are you ready to take charge of critical operations in a dynamic mining environment? Were looking for an experienced Drill and Blast Supervisor to lead safe, efficient, and high-quality drilling and blasting activities on site. In this role, youll: Ensure all drill and blast work aligns with the mine plan, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Drive productivity by optimizing blast outcomes and delivering exceptional results. Lead and coordinate teams and contractors to achieve targets on time and to the highest standard. In this role, you will be working 12.5 hour shifts on an 7/7 rotating day and night roster. These roles are open to DIDO candidates only. What you will need Blast Supervisor experience preferred minimum 5 years experience S1, S2, S3 Supervisory competences and G2 Shot Firer ticket Risk management training (desired) Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen Coal board medical and Standard 11 Current drivers licence and right to work in Australia Whats in it for you?
