The Role Reporting to an experienced Construction Manager from a strong mid-tier background , you will take ownership of projects from early stages through to completion. You will form part of an established Sydney team that work closely together supporting each other. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and coordinating project stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and strong collaboration Developing and managing project programs, ensuring key milestones, budgets and quality targets are achieved Overseeing delivery performance while maintaining strong financial and commercial outcomes You will typically manage 1–2 projects in construction , while also contributing to one project at tender stage . Salary Salary will be aligned with experience and current market conditions, with a package in the range of $220K – $250K expected.
