Tower Crane Operator (Dual Ticket - Tower & Mobile) Location: ACT & Queanbeyan Region Hours: 40-50 hours per week (Full-Time) About the Role Worksforyou Recruitment is seeking experienced and qualified Tower Crane Operators who are also licensed and competent in operating Mobile Cranes . This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent, full-time hours on major construction projects across the ACT and Queanbeyan region. We are looking for reliable operators with strong safety awareness and proven site experience who can confidently operate both tower and mobile cranes when required. Key Responsibilities Safe and efficient operation of Tower Cranes on commercial and residential construction sites Operation of Mobile Cranes as required across various project stages Conducting daily pre-start checks and routine inspections Working closely with dogmen, riggers, and site supervisors Ensuring compliance with all WHS and site safety regulations Assisting with lift planning and following lift plans accurately Maintaining clear communication via two-way radio Essential Requirements Valid High Risk Work Licence (Tower Crane - CT) Valid High Risk Work Licence (Mobile Crane - C6, C2, CO or above) Construction White Card Proven experience operating both Tower and Mobile Cranes Strong understanding of safe lifting practices and load calculations Ability to work 40-50 hours per week Reliable transport and strong work ethic Desirable Dogging or Rigging licence Experience on large commercial projects Ability to work flexible hours when required What We Offer Competitive hourly rates (based on experience and licences) Consistent 40-50 hour work weeks Ongoing project opportunities Support from a reputable and growing recruitment company Opportunity for long-term placements If you are a qualified and experienced operator looking for consistent work in the ACT and Queanbeyan region, we want to hear from you.
