Case Lead Case Officer Remediation Your new company An opportunity to play a pivotal role in a large-scale staff remediation program within a complex, valuesdriven organisation. We are partnering with a leading Australian university to appoint an experienced Case Remediation Lead. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Case Management & Remediation, this role will lead the daytoday delivery of remediation activities, ensuring underpayment matters are assessed, calculated and resolved accurately, fairly and in line with legislative and governance requirements.This is a handon leadership role with strong operational oversight, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement responsibilities. Your new role Lead and support a team of case managers, officers and analysts delivering remediation outcomes.Oversee the triage, assessment and resolution of underpayment claims in line with established frameworks.Review and validate complex remediation calculations, ensuring accuracy and consistencyEscalate highrisk or sensitive matters and contribute to resolution strategiesPartner closely with HR, Payroll, Legal and Compliance to deliver coordinated outcomes.Contribute to clear, transparent communication with affected staffIdentify trends, systemic risks and improvement opportunities across remediation processesMaintain robust, auditable records and support compliance reportingAct as a subject-matter expert in interpreting complex data and preparing remediation instructions What you'll need to succeed You are a confident and detailoriented professional with a strong background in compliance, investigations or remediation within complex regulatory environments.
