Qualifications We are looking for a dynamic lawyer to join our Global Financial Markets practice in Perth. Key Requirements: Ideally 2 - 4 PQE (UK notional), commonwealth qualified Demonstrated expertise in transactional work within one or more of the following areas: general banking, infrastructure/project finance, leveraged finance, restructuring, asset finance, or structured finance. Ability to collaborate effectively across jurisdictions, providing clients with global perspective, local knowledge, and up-to-date industry insights. Strong academic credentials and a track record of delivering high-quality legal advice, supported by an excellent reputation within the sector and advanced transactional and management capabilities.
