The Role Working closely with experienced partners and senior practitioners, you will handle a diverse range of commercial and corporate matters, including: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts Advising SMEs and larger corporates on transactional and advisory matters Supporting business sales and acquisitions (M&A) Assisting with corporate governance and compliance Advising clients across sectors such as resources, technology, professional services, agriculture, and manufacturing The role offers strong mentoring, meaningful client contact, and genuine opportunities to develop both technically and commercially.
