The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Analyst to join our AML / CTF Implementation Program on a 6‑month contract. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will support the coordination, analysis and governance of a complex, multi‑workstream regulatory program. This role plays a critical part in maintaining delivery discipline across the program through structured reporting, documentation and stakeholder coordination. It is well suited to someone who is highly organised, analytical and comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced regulatory environment. Your Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in coordinating activities across multiple workstreams, including technology, risk and policy, data migration, change management and operational readiness. Maintain key program artefacts such as project plans, milestone trackers, dependency maps and action logs. Prepare governance and reporting packs for Steering Committee and executive stakeholders. Maintain RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions) logs and track risks, issues and dependencies across workstreams. Produce high‑quality documentation including briefing papers, summaries and working documents. Analyse information from stakeholders and vendors to support program decision‑making. Assist with meeting preparation, workshops and forums, including agendas, documentation and action tracking. What We Are Looking For Experience supporting AML, regulatory or compliance‑related programs. Background in project coordination, project analysis or PMO roles within complex delivery environments. Strong analytical and documentation skills, with experience preparing reporting packs and project artefacts. High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and project management or reporting tools. Ability to interpret regulatory or policy requirements and translate them into structured project documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
