You will be responsible for validating the end-to-end data flow between workforce management, talent acquisition, and core payroll engines. Your primary focus will be ensuring that time and attendance data translates accurately through the system to meet complex Australian retail award requirements. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants and technical teams to execute comprehensive test cases across payroll cycles. From SIT to UAT and Regression testing, you will identify and document defects with precision, ensuring that system updates or migrations do not disrupt the essential service of paying employees accurately.
