About the role: The Executive Assistantat SHAPE is responsible for supporting the QLD General Manager to meet key business objectives and administrative requirements. To be successful in this role you will be proactive, highly organised, energetic, creative and able to manage up with limited direction. You can look forward to: Daily management of calendar appointments, email correspondence and travel arrangements. Draft and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentation, following up on actions and briefing notes to support business requirements. Reporting collation and preparation for monthly management reports. Gather, collate, and provide background information for the General Manager to support informed decision making and planning. Design and write internal and external communications and presentations. Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the office administration team. Event Management for internal and external networking events. Provide general admin support and expense management for the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team. Assess and prioritise internal and external phone calls and requests to ensure optimal use of the General Managers time. Exceptional time management and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. High tolerance for ambiguity and strong attention to detail. Proactive and efficient approach to work and use of initiative. Strong computer skills in MS Office applications: Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook. Want to know more?
