About the Position: Take carriage of disputed claims—denials, quantum disputes and policy interpretation—for property owners, SMEs and select insurers. You’ll draft strategic advice, negotiate settlements and advocate at AFCA, VCAT and superior courts while shaping BD initiatives with the Principal.
