You’ll oversee purchasing, inventory, supplier credits, and goods returns, while coaching a high-performing admin team. What sets this role apart? You’ll work closely with our workshop teams and regularly meet with Merchandising to collaborate on product — blending operational excellence with creative input! What You’ll Do: Lead and energise a team to deliver top-tier manufacturing support Own purchasing, inventory, and supplier processes with precision Keep workflows smooth and deliveries on time Solve problems, streamline operations, and drive continuous improvement Build strong relationships with suppliers, stores, and internal teams Champion customer-first thinking in everything you do What You’ll Bring: Leadership experience and a passion for team development.
