We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time Operations Assistant (we call them Service Assistants) to join our dedicated team at TIMG. Based at our Cavan site, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and delivering excellent customer service. You will: • Liaise with clients in a timely and accurate manner • Maintain strong written and verbal communication with clients, internal and external stakeholders, and team members • Perform data entry and reporting tasks • Answer and action all inbound calls • Answer and action all assigned correspondence • Use and understand daily systems to assign and complete tasks • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products • Being comfortable lifting up to 16kg • Picking and packing as required About you manager: Work under a true team player, they understand the importance of every role and are always willing to help where needed.
