Rather than sitting at a busy front desk greeting visitors, this position is purely phone-based reception. You will be the first voice customers hear when they call, ensuring they are quickly connected with the right team member. Our client is seeking someone who understands the importance of making a professional first impression and who enjoys speaking with people while keeping calls moving efficiently. We are open to someone interested in a temporary role with a view to transitioning to a permanent role or for the right person the client would consider a permanent role straight up! The business currently utilises an offshore team to assist with customer enquiries, however they are seeking a locally based Receptionist who can provide that familiar first point of contact for callers.
