Job Title: Project Engineer - High-Rise Residential Location: Gold Coast, QLD About the Company Our client is a well-respected Tier 1/2 builder/developer delivering landmark projects across the Gold Coast and beyond. With an impressive pipeline of high-rise residential developments, they are now seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their team on a major project (Double Tower). About the Role Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Team, you will play a key role in coordinating structural, façade and services packages to ensure programme, quality and cost objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities Coordinate structural, façade and services packages to ensure programme targets are met Manage subcontractors across multiple levels and work fronts Oversee structural works including post-tension slabs, core construction and concrete pours Monitor critical path activities and assist with look-ahead planning Implement and manage quality systems including ITPs and inspections Support procurement, contract administration and variation management Assist with cost control, forecasting and progress reporting Ensure compliance with NCC, Australian Standards and WHS requirements Liaise with consultants to resolve technical queries and buildability challenges About You Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar 3 years' experience as a Project Engineer on high-rise residential or mixed-use projects Strong understanding of structural sequencing in multi-storey builds Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme outcomes Sound knowledge of Australian construction standards and WHS requirements Strong communication and problem-solving skills What's on Offer Opportunity to work on one of the largest residential projects on the Gold Coast Competitive salary package long-term career growth Work with a respected builder with a strong pipeline of future projects Be part of a collaborative and driven team culture How to Apply If you're an experienced Project Engineer with a track record in high-rise delivery, we'd love to hear from you.
