About the job A privately owned property group is seeking a Contract Administrator to support a strong pipeline of hotel and mixed-use developments across the Gold Coast. Known for delivering high-quality, design-led projects, the business has multiple hospitality developments currently in planning and delivery phases. You will play a key role supporting the delivery of these projects, working closely with the Project Manager and wider team across procurement, contract management and financial administration from pre-construction through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to complex, high-end hotel developments within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
