Complex parenting disputes featuring risk issues, family violence, and international elements. LGBTIQ family law, including surrogacy, adoption, and same-sex separations. Niche matters such as pet custody disputes. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level, strategic legal advice with a focus on early resolution and mediation. Lead litigation when necessary. Mentor and support junior solicitors and paralegals within a collaborative team environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary experts (psychologists, accountants, etc.) to provide holistic client service. About You Minimum 3 years PQE in Family Law Strong drafting and negotiation skills You are empathetic, professional, and thrive in an innovative, technology-driven firm.
