About The Role Are you a motivated junior lawyer looking to fast-track your career in property and strata law? Our client is looking for a junior lawyer (around the 2 year pae level) to work work on property and strata matters. You will provide critical support to senior members of the team on complex strata, construction, and property matters. This is a hands-on role where you won't just be reviewing documents—you will be involved in high-level advisory work for the team's clients. Key Responsibilities Drafting and reviewing complex strata by-laws, community management statements, and strata management agency agreements. Advising on statutory warranty periods, Home Building Act requirements, and the Design & Building Practitioners Act. Providing clear, pragmatic advice to clients in relation to easements, property titles, leases, advising on property conveyancing About You Admitted Solicitor with 2 yearPAE (ideally with a background in property, construction, or commercial drafting). Strong interest in the evolving NSW strata landscape. Excellent drafting skills and the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for clients.
