About the role Reporting to the Group Legal Manager, you will work closely with the business to provide legal advice on a diverse range of commercial matters. You will work across a range of matters including: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (including customer agreements, technology contracts, consultancy agreements and procurement contracts). Providing legal support to strategic projects. Advising on a wide range of operational matters including advertising and marketing reviews, consumer law, intellectual property, partnership and sponsorship arrangements. Assisting with the management of complaints, regulatory and compliance matters. The position offers good training and exposure to high quality legal work in a vibrant and supportive environment. About you You will be a lawyer with 1-3 years PQE gained in private practice or in-house. You will be confident drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, and providing advice across a broad range of operational legal issues. You will be a confident self-starter with a desire to work in a varied in-house environment.
