We are currently looking for a permanent, full-time Business Support Lead, to lead our Business Support team in Capalaba, on the Redlands Coast. Join our team of Journey Makers at Transdev Queensland and make a real difference to improving the lives of people travelling on our buses within Brisbane. The Opportunity The Business Support Lead will be responsible for the management, coordination, and continuous improvement of all business support functions including administrative services, customer feedback, communications support, onboarding administration, school liaison, lost property and events coordination. The role ensures high-quality, timely delivery across these functions while providing leadership and guidance to the Business Support team of two Business Support Officers. Your day might include: • Managing internal communications and customer messaging • Leading the end‑to‑end management of customer feedback • Delegation and delivery of all Business Support team tasks • Identifying issues and trends to support continuous improvement • Coordinating investigations and responses with stakeholders to resolve issues • Ensuring communications are aligned with governance and brand standards The talent you will bring: • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or experience in a similar role • Experience leading an administrative or business support team • Experience managing customer feedback or customer-facing functions • Proven experience working with business systems and databases • Stakeholder engagement experience including schools, community or customers What we offer: • Paid parental leave • Discounts on private health insurance, Maxxia Rewards program, and gym membership • Onsite parking • Health and wellbeing events and access to an Employee Assistance Program About Transdev Transdev is an international leader in mobility at the service of communities.
