About the opportunity Delivering on the brand promise of 'live extraordinary', our Housekeeping Supervisors will deliver on the heightened expectations of 'a new level of luxury and indulgence' that we have promised our guests, ensuring that the five Eos brand pillars are reflected in everything we do - distinctive, unexpected, indulgent, personalised, and magnetic. You will interact in ways that create guest loyalty and positive word of mouth, not only throughout Australia, but Internationally as well. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you will report into Executive Housekeeper and ensure guests receive seamless, exceptional service throughout every moment of their stay. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across our hotel. Key responsibilities Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room allocations, task assignments, and monitoring team productivity to ensure operational standards are met. Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards. Lead, support, and motivate the housekeeping team by providing training, guidance, and feedback to enhance performance and development. Assist the Executive Housekeeper with departmental projects such as deep cleaning, while supporting operational duties as required. Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies while collaborating with Front Office, Concierge, and Property Services to ensure smooth daily operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with health & safety, privacy, and relevant policies and legislation. About you You are passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment. With impeccable attention to detail and refined communication skills, you take pride in crafting memorable guest experiences. In addition to this, you will have; Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping operations in a luxury hotel (highly regarded) Exceptional organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required) Self-motivated, driven and energised to work in a dynamic environment Confident using Microsoft Office; Opera experience highly advantageous Excellent grooming and presentation Availability to work Morning and Afternoon shifts including the weekends and public holidays What's in it for you?
